Etter å ha fått et glass av disse sjokoladene av min søster Maggi(dronning maud), fikk jeg veldig lyst til å lage dem selv. De er knallgode!!!
I går prøvde jeg meg. Kjempelett og gøy!
Oppskrift:
3 plater mørk sjokolade 70% kakao
ca.3 ss cocosa (kjøpte det på helsekost, den med grønt papir på)
hakkede mandler og cashewnøtter
(jeg hadde mandler og hasselnøtter på akkurat disse..)
Etter å ha helt massen oppi former(jeg kjøpte konfektformer), så må de rett i frysen. Når de er klar skal de oppbevares kaldt, fordi de smelter fort pga. cocosaen.
